[gtkada] improvements to the GtkAda build system

Here's the linking patch again, unchanged since last time as it still applies 
to the trunk.

* Makefile.in, gnome/Makefile.in, opengl/Makefile.in (make, GTKADA_LIBS):
Link sublibraries to the main library because they depend on it.
