[gtkada] Generic enum combobox

Hello GtkAda developers,

I made this Generic Enum Combobox package while working on RAPID
(https://savannah.nongnu.org/projects/rapid).

It creates a text combobox for a user supplied enumeration type.

I have not yet decided where to put it (GtkAda? Contributions?)
Please advise.
