[gtkada] Some patch for examples.

Hi Arno.

The main issue is still in calendar_combo. When clic on month or year change arrow the Day_Selected callback is called without stopping.
A very simple workaround was to suppress Hide_Popdown_Window call. The user has to clic once again on the combo button to hide the calendar...
Other parts of patch are some minor change to improve comprehension of examples and usability as exiting on window closing.

Differences are made against SVN revision: 176982, see attache file.
