[gtkada] Source code not being written

Hello,
 
I just installed Gtkada version 2.14.1 on a Windows XP machine with service 
 pack 2. I tried to use the Glade-2 GUI builder to build the windows GUIs. 
when I  tried to generate the source code using the build button, the 
information line  said the souce code had been written. However, it in fact had 
not been. I tried  to generate the source code using gate on a command prompt 
and got the  following  results:
 
all.ada:1:01:compilation unit expected
all.ada:parse errors detected
all.ada:chop may not be successful
no compilation units found
no source files written
 
Is there something I've got set wrong?
