[gtkada] How to connect a button Handler to a task entry?

Take a look at some of Rick Duley's examples of GtkAda's  handlers at http://adasafehouse.webs.com/GtkAda.html.  Either that or create a simple button program using Glade.  The Glade generator does it differently from Rick's examples but either will be useful.  The Gadget example is probably a better choice.  The Multi Button Keypad is far more complex.

I assume you want to call a task entry as a result of a button push.  In that case I would include the entry call in the button handler.

Subject: [gtkada] How to connect a button Handler to a task entry?

Hi,

I am currently learning Gtkada and Ada in general at the moment. I am been trying to find an example on how to connect a button event to a task entry but have failed so far. Could anyone please show me a simple example of the handler syntax declaration and the .connect?

Thanks,

Majed
