[gtkada] Testgtk GtkAda Test failure

Problem found (but not fixed yet)!
There appears to be a problem with Pango.Layout.Get_Pixel_Size.
Deleting calls to Get_Pixel_Size in GtkAda/src gtkada-mdi.adb and
GtkAda/src/gtkada-canvas allows the GtkAda demo canvas to display  
successfully and interactively.
