[gtkada] A "GATE" that does a bit more and works "fine" under windows.

All,
I got a "gate" for glade-2 that works fine under windows i got some 
problems with the original shell script.
It depends on diff and patch that should be avalible on all systems.
There is also a depndency to a merge tool but that is separated into one 
file.

In order to get it to work i patched gtk-glade (they are also part of 
the archive).
