[gtkada] problem installing GtkAda-gpl-2.8.0

hello

I have downloaded and installed in /usr/local:

gnat-gpl-2006-i686-gnu-linux-libc2.3-bin.tar.gz
gtk+-2.8.17-i686-pc-linux-gnu.tgz

when running configure into GtkAda-gpl-2.8.0, I have this errors :

checking for pkg-config... /usr/local/bin/pkg-config

checking for GTK - version >= 2.2.0... Package fontconfig was not found in the pkg-config search path.
