What's the diffference between GtkAda-gpl-2.8.0.tgz &
gtkada-gpl-2.8.0-nt.exe as they create two different directories: gtkada and
GtkAda-gpl-2.8.0

They both have repeated content, but not always in the same directory
structure as each other.
