[gtkada] Operation Buttons in Gtkada.File_Selection Dialog

Hi,

is there a reason why the operation buttons in 
Gtkada.File_Selection.File_Selection_Dialog are disabled?

I changed 

Set_Show_File_Op_Buttons (Dialog, False); 
to
Set_Show_File_Op_Buttons (Dialog, True); 

and I it works on Windows and Linux.
