[gtkada] New Windows dlls

This bug about pixmap rendering and line drawing:

is finally fixed!

And it has been patched into the 2.4.1 release of Gtk
Windows dlls too. So I no longer have to use an odd mix
of old and new dlls. I tested them and can recommend them
for use. Download from
