[gtkada] Runtime error using GtkAda-2.0.0

Running Windows 98.

Recently installed gnat-3.15p & gnatwin-3.15p.

Dowloaded GtkAda-2.-2.0-nt and compiled per installation instructions.

Recompiled a correctly working application which was originally built using GtkAda-1.3.12.

Needed to make a few code changes before the executable image was built.

Running the executable resulted in two error windows being displayed.

One was:-
"The LIBGDK-WIN32-2.0-0.DLL file is
linked to a missing export LIBGLIB-2.0-0.DLL:g_get_application_name."

The other was:-
<my-execuable's path and name>
"A deviceattached to the system is not functioning"
