Having Rapid updated for GtkAda would certainly be welcome for simple
applications, although Rapid's approach is not really in line with Gtk's
approach (fixed size/width containers vs dynamic box/tables in gtk).

Using Gtk_Fixed is a solution, but would point people to do the bad
direction IMO.

Note that you can use Glade-2 with Gtk+, which is much more powerful
than Rapid.
