[gtkada] GObject properties

Sorry, I still don't completely understand. It's the first
time I use these properties.

In Glib.Properties, there is no procedure to set a
Property_Uint, so is this missing too?
Could you give an example, with Mnemonic_Keyval_Property
for example?
