[gtkada] preview of GtkAda 2.2.1 available

Speaking purely for myself, I see these properties are still missing.
I don't know what the best package for them is, maybe Gtk.Misc.

   Max_Width_Property : constant Glib.Properties.Property_Uint :=
     Glib.Properties.Build ("max-width");
   Min_Width_Property : constant Glib.Properties.Property_Uint :=
     Glib.Properties.Build ("min-width");
