[gtkada] Pixmap rendering

I've reopened my bug report:

The fact that Juan didn't have a problem and I did
made me think that the configuration mistake that
I made was the cause, but it wasn't alas.
The difference is I use Windows 2000 and he NT4.
So if you don't use bitmap masks the upgrade is
probably worthwhile, otherwise be careful.
