[gtkada] Problem building GtkAda

I've had the same problem before.  It comes from using gcc 2.8.1 to
compile the C files in GtkAda (gnat includes this version of gcc).

You can avoid this by installing gcc >= 2.95.4 and using that to
compile the C files.  This may involve setting your $PATH
appropriately, so that when you type "gcc -v" at a command prompt you
see the proper version (not 2.8.1).
