[gtkada] Support for Glade 2 XML format

Can I send you what I have by tomorrow morning? I have been sick and
then had to catch up on work so I have not had any time to do anything
the last week and a half. I'll clean things up tonight of that I have
and try to write some information on how I have been thinking to do
this. As it looks now the basis should mostly be in place and it is
mainly to update all the generation procedures that remain.

I also added the missing markup functions to GtkLabel.
