[gtkada] Problem with Klokka and GtkAda 2.0

Strange! I thought somebody said one had to have Gnat 3.2 to compile
GtkAda 2.0. I tried with Gnat 3.14 and it worked fine. The bug went away
so it is clearly a 3.2 bug.
