[gtkada] Building GtkAda with gcc 3.2

I successfully built CVS GtkAda with the GCC/GNAT that
comes with Red Hat 8, most features of testgtk seemed
to work fine (I got constraint_error on the 3d demo when
I clicked with the mouse, I don't know yet if it's
broken with other versions of GNAT too, will check
if no one else does it before me :).
