[gtkada] Gtk.Widget comments

In the Gtk.Widget spec the old procedure Set_Rc_Style
is still mentioned twice. As far as I can tell the functionality
of Restore_Default_Style is the same now. So the comment
for that procedure should be something like:

-- The default style is the one that was set first by a call
-- to Set_Style or initially defined in the resource file.

For Ensure_Style the name can be replaced and "above" into
"below" I think.
