[gtkada] WinXP

It appears there seems to be problems with Windows 2000 and XP platforms 
with GTKAda 2.2.0.
Where is the complete source code (in a zip or tar ball) that I can play 
with?  I see there is a linux
source code version, is this the same as Windows?
