[gtkada] ANNOUNCE: GtkAda 2.2.0 release

CONGRATULATIONS!

This new version has extremely improved from previous ones.

I have just compiled a couple of programs, both in linux and windows.
and after few tweeks they compiled smoothly.

Well done guys,

PS: Glade 2 has major enhancements as well.
