[gtkada] Size of Spin-Buttons. Format of Help-Texts.

I don't know why, but after additionally packing a HSeparator behind
the Spin-Button into the VBox, the size of the Spin-Button is right
now (without using Set_USize (Win, ...)).

BTW: I cannot find the documentation of Gtk.Separator in the gtkada-rm
included in Debian-woody. Is this a known bug or am I just looking at
the wrong place?
