[gtkada] Gtk_Cell_Renderer_Pixbuf example?

As it turns out, there was an example in GPS.  I was missing the use
of Gdk.Pixbuf.Get_Type to get the type when setting up the columns in
the Gtk_Tree_Store and converting the Gdk_Pixbuf to a C_Proxy when
adding a line to the model.

Here's a short example program, in case someone else was wondering:
