The GCC home page doesn't have the sources for releases before 2.95, but
I found them here:

ftp://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/gcc/

P.S. I think Arnaud was referring to the ./doconfig whih is present
in binary distributions of GNAT.  I've had no problems using it.
