[gtkada] TR: gate for GtkAda 2.0.0

When testing GtkAda with GUI generation with glade-2, it appears that gate provided with GtkAda 2.0.0 is the one for GtkAda 1.2 (or at least it generate Ada code coping with GtkAda 1.2 interface).
