[gtkada] gtk_target_list_add_table error

I have the sense I'm missing something really obvious, so please help me :-)

I downloaded GtkAda 1.3.12 for Windows and am trying to run the testgtk
program on Windows 2000.  When I run it a dialog pops up that says, "The
procedure entry point gtk_target_list_add_table could not be located in the
dynamic link library gtk-1.3.dll."

I rebuilt testgtk, which successfully completed, and I still get the same
error dialog when I run it.  I have no such problem with the other examples
that I've built, just testgtk.

Is there anything else I should have downloaded?
