I don't know if there are any yet (for Linux), but there was some
development done on the dia2src. Look at
http://www.lysator.liu.se/~alla/dia/ for the drawing tool and the
convertor (dia2src) can be found here: http://dia2code.sourceforge.net/

Adrian Hoe did improvements to the Ada code generation of dia2src 0.8.1
it can be found on this page (under C/C++)
