[gtkada] configuration files

I've been looking at GTKAda, but I haven't actually used it yet.  So please
excuse me if this comment is misdirected.  I'm just wondering why I have not
seen anyone suggest XML for the basic organization of the data in the
"configuration" file.  It certainly should be "portable", and it seems to
work quite nicely for GVD.  The XML/Ada modules developed by the same group
should make the handling of an XML file relatively painless and allow for a
"graceful" expansion, or customization, of the parameters that it contains.
