[gtkada] GtkAda 2.0.0 and gate

This is a known problem with GtkAda 2.0.0

You can either use the version of gate that comes with GtkAda 1.2 (and
linked with Gtk+ 1.2), or use the version of GtkAda from CVS directly which
fixes this problem.
