[gtkada] Debian binary

GtkAda package is available in debian.

Just do :
apt-get install libgtkada1-dev

and that's all

Be careful : in potato, gtkada version is 1.2.4
in woody or sid, version is 1.2.12

You'd beter use version 1.2.12, callback managemenet has changed
after 1.2.4
