[gtkada] License of GtkAda

Hi,
what are the exact license terms of GtkAda? Especially, it is possible 
to write a program which uses GtkAda, and distribute this program under 
the (modified) BSD license (see 
http://www.opensource.org/licenses/bsd-license.html)?
Maybe there are specific problems because the GtkAda library and the 
software using the library cannot be compiled strictly separately. 
Instead the software which uses GtkAda needs to incorporates 
information from the bodies of generic packages when instantiating them.
