[gtkada] GNOME 2.0 patch part 3 (cleanup)

Attached to this email is a large patch to remove the parts of GNOME
that have gone in GNOME 2, but weren't mentioned in the porting guide. 

The largest changes are to the GNOME druid's, which removes
gnome-druid_page_start and gnome-druid_page_end and replaces them with
gnome-druid_page_edge.

There are changes to aclocal.m4 to use pkg-config to pick up the flags
used for libgnomeui (which includes the flags for libbonoboui), which
means if the patch is applied configure would need to be regenerated
from configure.in

The gnome-proc_bar, gtk-dial and gtk-clock files should be removed as
they aren't present in GNOME 2. 

Some functionality has been removed from gnome-app_bar, gnome-client,
gnome-gentry, gnome-stock and gnome-pixmap.

The gnome.init implemenation has been slightly modified since the
origional function has been changed to a macro using
gnome_init_with_popt_table.

The src/gnome/Makefile.in has been modified to reflect the removal of
gtk-* from the src/gnome directory and the inclusion of bonobo-*
