[gtkada] Object html in gtkada

There is currently no such widget in GtkAda, although there are several such
widgets written in C for gtk+ (the biggest one being Mozilla, but that might be
too much for your needs).
I would recommended taking a look at these, the bindings should not be too
difficult.
