Glade is very intuitive once you know the basics of Gtk.
So I'd suggest first that you read some documentation or book
about GtkAda or Gtk.

Glade also comes with documentation, simply go download the glade
source in the glade home page, everything you are missing to find
Glade intuitive is also explained there (in the doc that accompany Glade).
