[gtkada] gtk and/or gtkada shaky?

Our experience is mostly WinNT and Win2000 oriented, since we found Windows 9x
to be pretty unstable, and requiring lots of patches to work "as documented".
That being said, many people are using GtkAda under Windows 98 and are
relatively happy with it.

For serious GUI development however, I'd suggest using NT or 2000.
