There's a bug in Glade with the "has focus" option. It generates a Grab_Focus call, but -at least for an entry widget- it is being placed at too early a place in the Initialize procedure. At the current place it has no effect. If one moves it down to be the last operation on the widget, then it works. Manuel Op de Coul
