[gtkada] GtkExText

[Srinivasan, Rajagopalan (IndSys, SalemVA)]

gtkExText is a widget like gtkText. GtkText is somewhat shall we say
unfriendly when it comes to heavy duty requirements. (lots of
addtion/subtraction etc). Also the gtk newsgroups indicate they consider
gtktext to be "unfixable".

Anyhow, I had some problems with gtkText and the gtk newsgroups (Havoc in
particular) suggested GtkExText which is developed by someone else but
appears fairly rugged.
