[gtkada] GtkExText

[Srinivasan, Rajagopalan (IndSys, SalemVA)]

I am quite pleased today. I got my first simple app (Ada of course) with
GtkExText. On Win32 no less.

The binding to ExText is still very much a work in progress. However anyone
would like a snapshot I will be happy to share it with you.
