[gtkada] GtkAda Pixmap menu items

Actually GtkAda is kind of a psychic that knew you would ask this question.

Now if you look at the GtkAda src/gnome subdirectory, I'm sure you
will see that stock buttons and pixmaps are already supported by GtkAda ;-)
