[gtkada] Feature request for Glade

To avoid unnecessary recompilations, it would be very nice
if Glade/gate would not regenerate unchanged source files,
and leave the file time intact. Because I have many dialog
windows, recompiling takes a lot of time.
I know one could write a script to save source files and copy
them back if unchanged, but it would be a nice feature, probably
already been thought of.
