[gtkada] Multiple instances of a window created from glade

Thanks..I'll take a look.. I did look at the top_level function at one point
during a long plane trip but I convinced myself
that it was not returning what I thought it was returning.

Seeing that there are two approaches and it at least appears that
get_toplevel should be very straightforward is there
any reason to avoid it and choose the other approach (as in GVD).
