[gtkada] "Couldn't generate Ada code."

I'm sorry if this is a frequently asked question, but I couldn't find a
FAQ on the website, and, although the question was asked in February (I
think) couldn't see any response to it in the mailing list archives.

When I attempt to generate the Ada sources for a fairly simple
dialog-style GUI I have built in glade, I get the following error
message:

Generating Ada files...
Couldn't generate Ada code. Exiting.

On further digging, I find this error message in .gate/tmp/gate.ada:

Exception = CONSTRAINT_ERROR
GATE: Internal error. Please send a bug report with the XML
file
/users/students/ua981920/dev/sep/gui_stuff/trains_gui/trains_gui.glade
and the GtkAda version to gtkada at ada.eu.org

I know I'm sending it to the wrong place, but it seemed like the right
place when I started.  The XML file which causes this is attached.

Any help figuring out what causes this error would be greatly
appreciated.
