[gtkada] GtkAda and Xlib error.

Is there a standard cause for this?

    Xlib: unexpected async reply (sequence 0x51ed94)!

When I get it the GtkAda GUI freezes up.  It happens anywhere from a few
seconds to a few hours after starting the application.

Any debugging tips will be appreciated.
