[gtkada] Glade/gtkada instalation problem

The Glade application that is included with 

"GtkAda 1.3 series (Win32 only) 
     GtkAda-1.3.8 for Win32 (2000/07/17) This package is technically
equivalent to GtkAda 1.2.8, but comes with a Glade 0.5.9  binary."

does not show the various bitmap icons for the buttons.  The black space for
the icon is visible, but the icon itself is not visible.  The web page with
the blade down load is located at http://www.adapower.com/gtkada/.  

I am running on a Windows NT box.  Not sure whether to problem is with Glade
(probably not), the distribution from gtkada (maybe) or some installation
problem (most likly).  There were no specific glade installation directions
in the GtkAda 1.3 distribution.
