[gtkada] Keyboard Input

Hi,

I have been wracking my brain trying to figure out why I can't receive
keyboard press/release events in any window I create.  My event mask
in question is 16#3F02#, which is correct for handling these type of
events.
Is there some special input initializing mechanism to allow for keyboard

inputs?  I am strictly using GDK subprograms and don't want to use
GTK to solve this problem.  Any takers?
