[gtkada] GtkAda 1.3.8 (Windows) compilation error during installation

Yes. For your personal use, I would suggest that you use the regular
GNAT versions.

The GtkAda version corresponding to this version of GNAT fixes the problem,
but since you are not a supported user for GtkAda, you have two
(reasonable ;-) options:
- use a major GNAT release
- wait for the next version of GtkAda.
