What bug are you talking about ? If this is the reference 'status', this is
very unlikely, since gate in 1.3.10 does not reference status any more.

I'd suggest you double check that you've installed 1.3.10 correctly.

Also, as mentioned in the web page, the gate script is only supported under
Windows NT/2000, *not* under Windows 98.
