[gtkada] Question Re the clipboard.

Full support for this (and drag-and-drop) has now been added to 1.2.8, which
will be released sometime in the future.
It is thus possible to communicate with other external applications now with
GtkAda, either by the simple selection mechanism (or clipboard on Windows
systems), or the more general drag-and-drop protocols (currently Motif,
Windows and Xdnd are supported, which is enough to communicate with most
applications).
